1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item.
- You changed your mind within the return window (see below).
Note: Due to the nature of food, supplements, and personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or request a refund.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To begin a return or refund:
- Contact our customer service team at support@vitaspiral.com within 30 days of receipt.
- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- We will evaluate your request and provide instructions for returning the product if eligible.
4. Return Shipping
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, VitaSpiral will cover the return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees (unless due to our error) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used supplements, food items, beauty, and hygiene products.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
8. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us immediately at support@vitaspiral.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
